Comments: Tradewinds Legends is an excellent addition to the franchise. This version takes you to a new setting (middle/far east) for even more addictive trading and fighting fun. The graphics in this version are even better than before, with some especially cool looking air ships and combat screens later in the game and awesome magic/curse effects. As usual, the story/writing is hilarious. A terrific new feature in this version is the ability to command an entire fleet rather than a single ship like before. This adds a lot of complexity and flexibility to your strategy -- go heavy on cannons on warships, leave cargo ships lightly armed for more space, etc. My only real complaint is the game gets a bit easy after you build a strong fleet -- battles are little challenge as long as you repair your fleet often and stock up on magical attacks. Some beefier and/or smarter opponents would have been nice.
