Comments: I think this is a fairly unique concept that borrows nicely from titles such as Bookword and Solitaire. There isn't much time pressure, which will be nice for some - there's ample opportunity to strategize about your next move. Overall, however, the game is average - it looks and sounds in the middle of pack of other casual games. Since there's such little "zing," I couldn't see myself playing this for long after learning the rules. Poker Pop is like a plain turkey sandwich - it's nothing to sneeze at, it's pretty unoffensive, but it's hard to get excited about it. If you like Bookworm and cards, certainly try it...but I bet you'll be playing something else soon. In fact, I'd go "all in" on that bet.
